I woke up to the stunning winter sunrise over the Thuringia mountains from the large windows in the breakfast room. The rooms were clean and comfortable, just a tad cozy, which is quite common in European standards. They come with free WiFi and a nice flat TV, making the stay pleasant. The service went above and beyond, allowing us to use the hotel's minibus for shuttle service and the staff's dedication to ensuring our happiness truly stood out. The location, overviewing Suhl, was incredible, perched on top of a mountain providing a breathtaking view of Sühl. The dining experience offered the typical hearty German breakfast, which was satisfying. The facilities were well-equipped, offering ski equipment hire, pet amenities, and tours/ticket assistance.
